    Great method for cooking lentils, gave very flavourful results. I did the braise on the hob instead of in the oven. You can add more liquid if you want a more liquidy finished result, or let it reduce down a lot if you want drier lentils for use in a salad or similar.

    Simple. Seasoning at the end is essential, especially the red wine vinegar.
