Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Notes about this recipe

  • Eat Your Books

Can substitute flounder, or tilapia for cod, romaine lettuce for cabbage, and. jalapeño chiles for serrano chiles.

Used fish sticks instead of frying. Worked out great. Spices seemed to overwhelm fish, but it turned out great.
