Enjoyed very much as a side at Christmas dinner, finish with a little lemon to brighten. Lots of compliments and requests for the recipe.

While this was time consuming, it was well worth it. I made two wellingtons. Using the recipe, there was enough filling for the 14+ oz box of puff pastry. We used 4 portobellos and creminis to bring us up to the total mushroom weight in the recipe. This was beautiful and delicious and received kudos from all who sampled.

I add 1Tbsp of potato flakes per cup of flour, which adds fluffiness. I also have rolled & cut with a 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter for great slider rolls.

Really wonderful. I used a mix of dark & light whole wheat flour with cranberries, choc chips & pepitas. 5 stars. I used my own pumpkin purée, wetter than canned- took 15 minutes extra baking time.
