We eat this or a variation of it all the time. My fiancé is obsessed.

It was fine, simple dish. I used dried thyme, so maybe using fresh thyme brings out the flavour more. Didn't really taste the balsamic, will be adding more next time.

Made with mango instead of persimmon and without the dill. The sweetness of the mango works nicely with the slightly spicy chickpeas.

We liked the paprika’s but weren’t really a fan of the rice. The taste was nice, maybe we should warm the rice a little more next time.

Was a little watery so I recommend to eat this with rice. We also ate naan bread with it. I added a full tablespoon of sambal to substitute the red chillies (which I forgot to get). But don’t do that if you do not like it spicy! Spices were nice and overal a good dish. Next time I’ll make it in the summer when tomatoes are the most flavourful, which is also suggested in the recipe.

Super quick and nice dish, can be throw together while the pasta cooks. I used parsley instead of basil, pulsed all ingredients for the sauce in a food processor and added a bit of pasta water while mixing it with pasta.
-
The caramelised onions paired nicely with the saltiness of the steak. We ate it with some salad and no toast. Next time we’ll include the toast.

Nice hearty breakfast. I don’t normally like warm porridge, but the soy butter made it really special. I even sprinkled some over eggs as a snack later.

I chopped up a dark chocolate bar because I couldn’t find the chocolate chips, worked out nicely. Don’t eat them straight out of the oven, the waiting is worth the while. My colleagues loved these cookies!

Tasted nice, nothing special. Don’t skip the crème fraîche, it adds a little extra to the soup.

It was a little greasy, but I did make it in a small frying pan and not a big one. Next time I’ll try a bigger pan or maybe broil the Parmesan as suggested by dc151. Taste was good!
