I cook a lot. My dinner go-to's are Chinese (mostly Sichuanese), Korean, Indian (South India, especially), and Middle Eastern. If it's spicy, I like to cook it. I used to run a food blog and wrote restaurant reviews for a local-to-me magazine. Maybe I'll do that again someday.
