My passion for cookbooks started in college where I used to trade cooking for typing. EYB has made it possible for me to use my cookbook collection like a library looking up numerous recipes, choosing one or two base recipes, taking ideas from many to inspire the dishes I create. Before EYB, I would come home after a long work day and pull down 10-20 books to figure out what to create for dinner. My husband and I would eat very late. Now EYB has made it quick and easy to find recipes for what I have on hand and with Bookmarks my husband is now involved. I choose a number of recipes bookmark them, he chooses from among the bookmarked recipes what speaks to him and I cook it or he joins me and we make it together.
