Famous for never applying heat to food while flatting in my twenties. Forced to relearn what my mother taught me as a child when I moved alone to a farmhouse. Now I cook big flavoured, gluten free meat and veggies for everyday with my partner with a current fad for Mexican. Also into the whole sous vide and cookery as an Olympic sport for dinner parties. Very fond of Nigel and Nigella for everyday and the Voltaggio brothers and Thomas Keller for dinner parties.
