I have written/co-written the Sydney Seafood School Cookbook; 500 Cheeses; A Lombardian Cookbook with chef Alessandro Pavoni; A Sardinian Cookbook with chef Giovanni Pilu; and Wild Weed Pie with chef Janni Kyritsis. I have a Master of Arts degree in Gastronomy and am a qualified Sherry educator and cheese judge and I managed Australia’s largest recreational cooking school, Sydney Seafood School at Sydney Fish Market, from 1997 to March 2021. My passion for food, wine and foreign culture has led me on adventures through Europe, Africa, the Middle East, North America, Scandinavia and South East and Central Asia.
