I love sharing my passion for cooking, eating, drinking and travelling through my website https://beinspired.au/ and weekly newsletter. I have written/co-written the Sydney Seafood School Cookbook; 500 Cheeses; A Lombardian Cookbook; A Sardinian Cookbook; and Wild Weed Pie. I have a Master of Arts degree in Gastronomy and am a qualified Sherry educator and cheese judge. My passion for food, wine and foreign culture has led me on adventures around the world and I now take small groups of food and wine lovers on tour to my favourite destinations. I managed Sydney Seafood School, Australia’s largest recreational cooking school, for 23 years and now offer online cooking classes in collaboration with some of Australia's top chefs.
