While I work almost full time, I still cook almost every day - primarily for my young sons, and husband, but also for friends and extended family. Every week I look forward to trying new recipes, and when I'm not cooking I love to try local restaurants. My job takes me to Europe every year, which has had a big influence on my cooking and eating habits, as has living in a city with access to a myriad of international ingredients and farmer's markets, not to mention growing up in the country with home cooked food and fruits and vegetables fresh from the garden.
