This is delicious. I used baked salmon instead of crab, added edamame and sesame seeds.

These bars are really tasty. I think the food processor might be a better choice than the blender for blending the dates and orange juice.

This is the first recipe I've tried from FOK, and it was really delicious. I have to confess that I used some chicken broth and bean broth with ham, so it wasn't truly vegan. But I think it would be just as good with pure vegetable broth. I topped it with a bit of fresh purple ruffles basil.

This clafouti is wonderful. The apricot halves are a bit hard to cut through when eating, though, so I think I'll slice the apricots next time. The online version is different than the one in the book Mediterranean Harvest.

9/8/13 Had amazing fresh mint chocolate chip ice cream in Taos at The Love Apple, and tried this version at home. It is incredible. Fresh peppermint and 70% dark chocolate. Used the 5 leftover egg whites to make 12 Pavlova shells for serving.
