  • I made this and loved it! I think my only improvement for next time is to use a little less chocolate as I found 250g to be too much. Like the others have commented I was worried it looked too dry and that it wouldn't cover the base of the tin. However, I pressed the dough out to a thin layer and it baked for 25mins and puffed up slightly retaining a soft core

  • I made this as a side to baked trout (seasoned with cumin and coriander). I had no watercress or coriander so used rocket and dill and was very impressed with the flavor combinations. A definite remake

  • Made with salmon instead of white fish. Simple and definitely will be a repeat. Smooth, silky and delicious sauce.

  • The family really enjoyed this (I don't think I have ever seen the kids eat spinach before!) I did not have red pesto but green pesto was perfect as a change. Substantial meal and didn't need the potatoes I made as a side. Good with a green salad. Will definitely make again.

  • All the family enjoyed this. I toned done the chilli for our 2 year old. Didn't have blackbean sauce so used hoisin and honey and it worked well. Served with tenderstem broccoli stirfried with sesame seeds for some extra greens.

  • I made the mistake of not cooking my potatoes quite long enough and I think the trick to this dish is having a really well mashed potato. Mine was still a bit lumpy which meant it broke up a little. All in all though the dish was tasty and different.

  • Kitchen smelled heavenly making these! In order to manage to form these cookies into balls I had to add 100g+ extra flour as my mixture was too runny. Perhaps I did not cook down my maple and bourbon mixture enough?? I also chilled the dough before forming. Really tasty cookies with chewy center and crispy outside and would make again

  • Wholesome and healthy fast lunch. I didn't have radishes this time-but the dressing and mango in my opinion are a highlight so I wouldn't skip. Would swap out prawns for chicken or salmon another time.

  • Made it with some substitutions- did not have any white onions so substituted a leek (which I thought would be better than red onion) Also did not have any gorgonzola so used another local blue cheese. Pleased with the result. Needed extra cooking time before the rice was tender.

  • Very easy and flavorsome curry in a hurry. The rice cake did not cook in the time suggested and I had to add more water cover with a lid and cook further. Next time I would just cook rice as I normally do.

  • I thought the flavors were great but due to the moisture in the soy sauce and chopped prawns I found my toast ended up soggy. I used a frying pan on a medium high heat but I did not place a weight on top to help the cooking so perhaps this would have helped.

  • I didn't have any white bread so I used brown bread. The result tasted good but the sauce was not the green shade pictured! I would repeat the technique of poaching the meatballs and using the poaching liquid to make a sauce. The whole family were happy.

  • Would recommend a medium oven - I had to take out early as the toast edges were getting burnt. Also if you have a smallish avocado I would recommend two. Otherwise a tasty lunch!

  • The roast chicken was good but the roast tomatoes with all the chicken juices made it. I feel like my oven could have been 10 c warmer. My potatoes however melted and flattened out over my baking tray - still went down well if not what expected.

  • I used broccoli as a substitute for spinach as my family are not keen on spinach. This was a hit and will be made again! I was skeptical but the flavors were bold and worked well together.
