Made the mustard sauce to go with the salmon fillet we were having. Added a bit of maple syrup. It really complemented the salmon.

I used toasted skin on almonds instead of blanched sliver almonds. The cookie spreads into a nice crisp one. Still crisp after two days. Baked in 8 minutes. Has just the right amount of espresso taste. Fast to make and will make again.

I've tried making this cake for 2 Christmases now and failed to get it out in one piece. However, the pieces were delicious. This time it came out in one piece. I sprayed my pan at the last minute, and used weight measurements.

Simple recipe. Worked out well.

This made a very nice flakey dough. I made it in the food processor
-
Followed recipe but I found the dough quite dry. I'll use less flour next time. I did roll them out and got about 50 cookies. They were baked in 11 minutes on convection bake. Nice flavour of honey, spice and almond paste.
-
Made the flat bread. The rosemary was mixed into the dough. It's a very good flatbread and recipe will be repeated
-
Added a sweet potato and 1/2 brown rice. Cooked in instant pot for 23 minutes, quick release after 10. Delicious soup made quickly with ingredients I had

This came together quickly. Perfect for my French macarons. As Dorie says you have to watch closely because it thickens pretty quickly. You can add flavoring to it if you want, I added a teaspoon of raspberry.
-
Galette dough came together easily and I used golden delicious apples. We enjoyed it.

This came together and grandsons loved it

This came together quickly. I skipped the potato and served it on rice. We really liked it.

This is an excellent moist cake. We really enjoyed that bit of bitterness. Instead of boiling the clementines I high pressured them for 20 minutes in my instant pot. Will repeat.
-
This was a nice moist cake. I used a teaspoon of cardamom in the butter/brown sugar mixture. Went very well with pears. Bosc pears used.

This is a quick dish to make. You really have to watch not to overcook the pork. We liked the sauce and will make it again.
-
A few steps to follow. I couldn't find unpasteurized apple cider so used unsweetened pasteurized it worked well. Appreciate that recipe is in grams especially the quantity of apples
-
Made in food processor. Came together nicely and very easy to roll out
-

I revisted this recipe using proper Bundt pan. Yes it does taste like a chocolate cake but was impressive when cut. The ganache is simple but good.

Made cinnamon buns with some brioche dough. You brush melted butter on the dough and then sprinkle the sugar. It felt dry when I cut into rolls but caramelized nicely in oven. Cream cheese frosting on top not too sweet. We really liked them.

Made half the recipe. A nice rich dough easy to work with.
