I love cooking, and eating, and reading, and swapping books, so naturally I've got too many cookbooks.
I follow a low carb/keto diet, but I don't like diet cookbooks. I prefer using cookbooks that are grounded in the enjoyment of food and then choose the right recipes, possibly tweak them a little.
