I"m interested in the salted rosemary ice cream, and really all of the dessert recipes. Most tapas cookbooks do not include sweets!

Asheville is one of my favorite places to visit so I've been lucky enough to eat at the restaurant several times. The eggplant with rosemary and honey is amazing and would be the first thing I cooked.

  • sgump  on  2/10/2017 at 9:32 PM

I agree with the tortilla Española, in part because I typically have the ingredients on hand. I'm sure the recipe calls for A LOT more olive oil than I'd regularly use . . . but, then, that's what makes it so good.
