The Fultons are founders of Vanilla Pura and delivers a collection of scrupulously tested extract recipes designed to pack maximum flavor and sweetness into a variety of baking and cooking applications as well as a brief overview of the history of vanilla cultivation, the science of extraction, and the intricacies of different vanilla species and spirit varieties so that at-home extract makers can make the best choices about which ingredients will yield the best results for their desired applications.
I am thrilled with this book and look forward to making my own Orange and vanilla cream extract, Banana vanilla bean extract, and Spiced rum double-fold blend. There are so many incredible ways to add more flavor to your baking and what better way than creating these extracts at home.
