Biography

One of the original creators of modern Southwestern cuisine, Mark Miller is the acclaimed chef-founder of the famed Coyote Café, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and the author of nine books, including The Great Chile Book, The Great Salsa Book, and Coyote Café. He divides his time between Santa Fe and Asia.
