Biography

Dianne Jacob has taught food writing at the Smithsonian Institute and UCLA Extension. A speaker at conferences and workshops, she teaches in the San Francisco Bay Area, and judges for the James Beard Foundation's annual book awards. The coauthor of "Grilled Pizzas and Piadinas," her articles have appeared in "Writer's Digest," Salon.com, the "San Francisco Chronicle," and "Gastronomica." diannej.com
