Katy Sparks


Katy Sparks is an award-winning chef living and working in New York City. She began her professional career at Barry Wine’s legendary The Quilted Giraffe and then opened Mesa Grill with Bobby Flay. She was awarded the Best New Chef Award from Food and Wine Magazine and named a Rising Star Chef by the Wine Spectator and Restaurant Hospitality Magazines. Katy will re-open the famed Tavern on the Green restaurant in New York's Central Park as executive chef later this year. Her story and recipes are featured in our first edition, The Journey.
