Biography

Tom Parker Bowles is a home cook, an award-winning food writer and a broadcaster. He writes a weekly column for The Mail on Sunday and is Food Editor for Esquire. He presented UK TV Food's Market Kitchen for four years. He is author of several books, including The Full English and The Year of Eating Dangerously.
