Anneka Manning has spent more than 23 years in the food print media as a food writer and editor. She has worked for a range of leading food publications in Australia such as Australian Gourmet Traveller, VOGUE Entertaining + Travel, Australian Good Taste, The Australian Women's Weekly, and Good Food, and has a significant profile in radio and television as a food expert. Anneka has written several successful, awardwinning books, with her publications including Mastering the Art of Baking for Murdoch Books; she also writes regularly for a number of print and online publications including her fortnightly 'Bakeproof' column for SBS Food, a 'Family Baking' column for GI News, and her 'Make + Bake' column for Checks and Spots. Anneka is passionate about inspiring everyday cooks with deliciously simple recipes that are relevant to their lives. Through her writing, presenting and popular Sydney-based cooking school, BakeClub, Anneka gives home cooks the know-how and skill to bake with confidence and success.
