James Ramsden


James Ramsden is a 25-year old food writer, hailed by The Times in May 2010 as one of the 40 bloggers who really count. His cooking obsession began at a young age and he trained with Rachel and Darina Allen at the famous Ballymaloe cookery school in Ireland (coming joint top of his year with Tiffany Goodall). While studying he catered, worked on an agriturismo in Italy and was hired as a private cook in France. Moving to London in 2009 he launched The Secret Larder Supper Club. He has written for Sainsbury's Magazine, The Times, The Guardian and The Independent.
