      This Lebanese soup/stew was interesting--especially the lemon flavor. It also has a hefty amount of garlic (which I did pulverize with my mortar & pestle). Definitely good for what ails you--which was a cold at the time! Do check out the article from which this came. Culinary personalities gave their favorite restorative soup recipes and the books they like to read while bedridden!
