  • Wild rice and carrots

We buy precooked Simply Balanced Cultivated Wild Rice from Target for this dish, which reheats in 90 seconds. Great color contrast between the rice, carrots and parsley, which always catches people's eye. Solid gluten-free side. Very easy to whip up for a dinner party.

  • Spicy basil-beef salad

The flavors are confident and striking, but they all work together really well. The result is a spicy, zingy salad that's fresh and full of summer flavors.
