      First, let me say, I have never used the microwave to cook anything. Always just to reheat. I was so pleased with these results, that this will certainly go into the regular rotation. I followed the instructions precisely. The fish was moist and done perfectly. It helped that I had a good orange. Flavor combination was excellent. No cleanup. Gotta love it! Great quick weeknight meal.
