  • Teriyaki salmon rice bowls

      Made my own rice and added onions, mushrooms and broccoli to the veggies (plus a bit more teriyaki sauce). This was a tasty and easy dinner although in my anxiousness to cook the salmon perfectly, I overcooked it a bit. My kids probably would have preferred this dish with chicken.

      Found this disappointingly bland and lacking in the flavor I'd expect. Something about the preparation technique.
