      This issue includes 4 variations of baked manicotti: Baked Manicotti with Sausage, Baked Manicotti Puttanesca, Baked Manicotti with Prosciutto, Baked Manicotti with Spinach. I first made the Prosciutto variation and thought it was exceptional. I just made the sausage version which is in the freezer ready to go to our family beach week. I really prefer this method of using no boil lasagna noodles for the manicotti.

  • Roasted cauliflower

      I have made this dish several times and it is always delicious. I have served it hot and served it at room temp. Don't worry about making too much because leftovers are delicious added to soup.

  • Soy-ginger sauce with scallions

      This recipe is delicious! The sauce is great, as is the cauliflower cooking method. Have made it 2x now and it was a hit both times.
