      Decent vegetable curry. I liked it more than my son did - think he would have preferred less spice and/or more cream. The only topping I had was plain yogurt, so I stirred in some cilantro and a squeeze of lime at the end. If I made this again, I wouldn't bother pureeing the tomatoes, or would use crushed tomatoes.

  • Four-cheese lasagna

      I make this ahead, freeze it and then take it to the family's week at the beach. It is usually part of our first night's dinner. Just right after a 7 hour ride to the beach and unpacking for 4 families. The children usually have meatballs and spaghetti and all we need to add is a salad and bread.

      Totally awesome marinade. Used on T-bones barbecued. A superior version of Hawaiian style teriyaki marinade.
