      So easy! So delicious! Also: GLUTEN-FREE!

      This recipe is perfect. Just make it. The cookies come out chewy and moist, with just enough sugar and the occasional salty pop. Also, they are so easy to make -- from taking the butter out of the fridge to getting the bakes cookies off the sheet, you need only an hour, max.

      Baked as recipe said. Might have been my oven but too well done. Became crumbly. I thought it was still delicious. We made trifles.

      increase recipe by 50% if using a 9x13" baking pan.

      I added A LOT (10 tsp?) or espresso powder -- but I think my powder was very old so perhaps it had lost a lot of flavor.
