  • Chicory, walnut and apple salad

      We liked this healthy and un-fussy salad; didn't have walnut oil, used pumpkin seed oil instead. I imagine it'll be divine with walnut oil, though. Used half the stated amount of chicory and doubled up with leafy greens; the resulting quantity was ample for four servings.

  • Oaty berry and banana smoothie

      This was good; very oaty. I used a mix of low fat yoghurt and oat milk instead of regular milk.
