Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These were delicious, but really time consuming to prepare. First the fine shredding of the vegetables (I don't have a mandoline, and making carrot ribbons with a peeler took ages) and then cooking the pancakes individually. I halved the recipe and it made 5 big pancakes, the full recipe must make enough to feed an army. I was sceptical that the pancakes would hold together but they did. I did not make the sauce but served them with sriracha mayo and teriyaki sauce which I already had in the fridge.
