    The salad is nice and refreshing. If I make again, will cut back a bit on the miso as the dressing was too salty for my taste.

    Very nice and refreshing for a hot day. Added an extra avocado.

    I only had red miso so that's what I used. There is a stronger miso flavor but it still worked.
