      Gorgeous tasting light ,melt in the mouth friands. I have made these on a mini muffin tin for a change and just reduced the time in the oven.

      This was yummy and simple to make, quite a lot of butter for me but I reduced the amount in the mash and added more milk to make the mash creamy. Hayden loved it. Caleb didn't.
