      An easy one-bowl cake to make. I didn't have a 24 square tin so converted to a slightly bigger rectangular baking tin which then only took 35 minutes to cook.

      I had trouble getting the sugar to dissolve, and the cake cracked on top as well (and then sunk once out of the oven). The texture didn't look as nice as the picture. However it tasted great! All the other recipes from the cookbook have come out 100% perfect, so I think I'll just have to try this one again.
