The EYB system doesn't automatically include Moroccan cookbooks under 'North African', so it would be worthwhile doing a separate search with a filter for 'Moroccan', which produces almost 100 results.
From personal experience, I'd definitely recommend Paula Wolfert's Food of Morocco to anyone wanting to know more about North African cooking, or to do more of it. And, although EYB categorizes the wonderful UK cookbook Moro only as 'Spanish', it draws equally on North African cuisine (and is focused on the elements of Spanish cookery most influenced by Arab and North African cuisine).
[Edited to add:] Because there are currently no cookbooks in the EYB Library categorized as Libyan, I poked around online for 'Libyan cooking'. Found and bookmarked several absorbing blogs, and noticed that there's a Facebook 'Libyan cooking' group, for those who use FB. Thanks to annmartina for the question that started this foray!
