All books on my bookshelf have disappeared.   Go to last post Go to last unread

This morning I had 395 books on my shelf. This afternoon I have zero I have been to settings of Safari and cleared the history, and logged into EYB again but still no books, magazines etc. It says Welcome Cati but I am only able to access the home page and can read the forum. All others pages say error occurred try again.
Help.

I have same problems today? No books displayed.

Is it a problem just in Australia. I looked up someone else I know in Australia by going to their bookshelf from the notes on home page and I can see they have no books either.

No , I see now that it is happening in the US as well. e.g. Trisha CP has no books.

My books are gone too. Has anyone still got their books? How am I going to choose which lasagne to make this week?

My bookmarks are still working, so if yours are, and you have bookmarked some lasagne recipes you will be able to find them.

Was anyone else gripped with fear by not having EYB??? Testament to the power of this site!!! Thanks for fixing the temporary glitch EYB Team.

Yikes! I was going through my books yesterday after passing a few books to a friend and I must have been missing more than half but there were still enough that I didn't really process there was a problem until I read this.  Glad everything looks back to normal :D I just got a few new veggies coming from CSA I need to find recipes, I hope I never have to go back to digging through my cookbooks to even find a recipe like I used to

Apologies everyone! There was a temporary issue which was resolved. No-one's Bookshelf data was lost, it just could not be accessed for a while. I have our developer looking into what caused the problem.
