Sherpa Bread (otherwise know as tibetan bread) was one of my favorite foods as a kid! Dad picked it up tramping and gave me the recipe, which was basicly plain dough, lightly deep fried and I was wondering if anyone knows some different ways to do it to give it more flavor?

Thanks

Try sprinkling it with the Middle Eastern spice za'atar, or Indian nigella seeds. Salt, garlic or onion would also be good flavorings. You could also try some chile powder (or crushed red pepper). That would perk it up!
