I'm pretty sure this wouldn't necessarily be considered the best, but the one I have and like is "Pizza: Award Winning Pies for the Home Kitchen" by Pete Evans. I find it to have user friendly recipes, especially for those who are inexperienced. If he's a more experienced cook, then he would probably want something with more recipes. I prefer the semolina pizza dough recipe from The Culinary Institute of America, however.
