I have just purchased my first cookery eBook (Home Cooking Made Easy by Lorraine Pascale). Although I love to sit and browse through my cookery books, I think that eBooks are a great solution to the storage space issue, and therefore another excuse to keep expanding my collection.
Whenever I cook from an online recipe, I tend to print it out first. However, I now plan on experimenting with cooking directly from the electronic versions of recipes in order to decide whether or not to purchase more books in this format. I intend to use my favourite gadget, my iPad2, but would be interested to hear what other EYB members think about using cookery eBooks, and also any opinions on using them on a Kindle.
I'm pleased to see that EYB already recognises eBook formats. It would be nice to see an additional filter to search this format, similar to the Online Recipe filter.
One other small request - please can you link the U.K. version of 'My Favourite Ingredients by Skye Gyngell' to the U.S. version, as I see that the latter is indexed.
I have now been an EYB member for almost 12 months and I use the site virtually every day. Many thanks for all the additional features - it just gets better and better.
