Artisan Preserving is by Emma MacDonald, not Emma McDonald.  I was trying to figure out if it was the same book as Bay Tree Preserving.  The cover artwork seems to be the same.

Author now corrected. We will get the book indexed soon as those two editions total up to the level required. If you ever have corrections it's best to email us.
