I have come across this website that has some amazing UK books and chefs that you may have not come across. I have them all now and they are so good. https://www.awaywithmedia.com/ Take a look.

We have 21 of their books in the EYB Library, many added by you Atomizer.

I don't have anything to do with them, just thought others may like to take a look, especially as they dont show on Amazon. I have just re-read a few and wanted to make people aware, which is what I thought this platform was about.
