Recipes missing from both bookshelf and library.   Go to last post Go to last unread

In the last two days, I saw the pictures of several recipes in the recent recipes area and added them to my bookshelf, I then went to my bookshelf to try to bookmark them, they were not there, I then tried to locate them in the library and they were gone too. What happened to them? I've done this numerous times before with no problem. This problem seemed to have started yesterday and continued on today.

These are the recipes I've been looking for:

Moroccan-style chicken casserole

David Lebovitz's caramel pork ribs and garlicky slaw

Four orange cake.

The last two recipes were from Amateur Gourmet. I don't remember where the first one was from but it is a Nigel Slater recipe.

Hi chawkins -- When the site is running a full index or some other sort of update or maintenance, newly added recipes that appear in the recent recipes area of the homepage can be delayed from appearing in search results and on your Bookshelf. They are still saved in the database, but are only accessible through the direct link (like when you first clicked on it from the homepage). I'm not really sure why they show up in one place right away, but not the other when this happens. I will post again here when I see that the recent recipes have appeared in the Library so you can check for them on your Bookshelf.

Christine, thanks for the quick response. I'll check the library and my bookshelf later.

The recently indexed online recipes are now appearing in the Library and in search results, so if they are not on your Bookshelf, please do let us know.
