My dinner club is cooking from Jose Andre's Tapas book. Has anyone made the flan or oysters? The flan doesn't specify the size of ramekin, serves 6 but calls for 4 ramekins. Also curious about how the oysters turned out. Always excited to learn from experience.

No but I've made the croquettes from that book, which I still think about more than a decade later.
