Can you explain what the issue is that you are having is as it may just be a misunderstanding of how search works? The search terms box looks for those words throughout the website data - in recipe title, ingredients, book title and author name. In the same way as for Google, if you want a specific term then put the words in speech marks. Our search results are actually very similar to Google - they are sorted by relevance. Probably with Google you never get beyond the pages where the less relevant results show up.
The filters on the right under Only Show... are actual ingredients and categories assigned to each recipe or book so you should use those for more precise results.
