Has anybody else had trouble getting this monster book from Amazon?  I pre-ordered it a month before it came out.  Another Amazon order came when the Food Lab was supposed to be here, but Amazon site says "...we need more time to tell you a definite ship date".  Is this back-ordered?  Can I get it at physical stores like Barnes and Noble?  There is nowhere on the Amazon site to ask these questions, and it's been 3+ weeks now with no news.

I know it was in for a second (and now possibly a thrid) printing.  It was selling fast.

The upside is, if you get a later printing, you will get a corrected one.  As best I can find from Kenji's posts on facebook & reddit, there are 2 recipe errors that he said will be fixed in 2nd printing.  He's also promised an online errata page, but I haven't found it yet.

P. 245 - Pot Roast - Oven temp should be 275F, lid slightly cracked, 3-4 hours.

P. 744 - Baked Mac & Cheese - Whole Milk should be 1 1/2 cup, not 1/2 cup.
