Vintage Cakes by Julie Richardson and United States of Pie by Adrienne Kane are both on deep discount for Kindle at Amazon US right now. I think the cake book is $1.99 and the pie book is $0.99. These are both worth having, especially at these prices!

Thanks TrishCP for the head's up about the two baking books.  I just added them to my growing ebook collection.  Amazon (US) also has a few other good cookbooks on sale right now.
