I recently got a job cooking for a group of people, 2 vegans, and 1 with a yeast allergy. Yeast seems to be in everything delicious like homemade breads, vinegars, mustard, chutney, and even wine. The wine and vinegar are especially hard to leave out when cooking a large pot of food for the group. The only substitute I have found is Bragg's Liquid Aminos and Yeast-Free stock or broth.
Can anyone recommend any other substitutes or cookbooks that are dedicated to this allergy?
