How do I order these cookbooks? Some of them seem very  interesting and they are not available on Amazon.

I find Book Depository to be a great source.

Barbara, if you click on a book's title in the EYB Library to go to the book details page, you'll see a "Buy book" button just beneath the title and next to the "+ Bookshelf" button. "Buy book" will search for that title on Amazon and Book Depository. And if you click through from EYB to one of those booksellers and purchase the book, EYB receives a referral commission.
