Paul Hollywood's How to Bake has a good variety of sweet and savoury options (plus some cakes and puddings). I've also got Dan Lepard's The Handmade Loaf, for those who want to get seriously into bread. I don't use it much though, because I got hooked on sourdough and it is focused mainly on yeast. The Hollywood book has a whole chapter on sourdough loaves, which is nice.
James Morton, a winner of GBBO, wrote a book called Brilliant Bread -- I haven't seen it but it gets rave reviews on Amazon.
