I have both a recipe tag and a book tag for "Instant Pot" so I filter by either of those and then search for ingredients. The book one is the most useful to me as I have a number of IP/Pressure cooker specific cookbooks. The recipe one is handy to pick up all those online recipes I have manually tagged as I find them, or any Bookmarklet recipes I have added.
Some indexed online recipes include "Instant Pot" in the title (291 to date), so if you include that in your search along with your ingredient it will find any you haven't tagged. I intermittently do that search, sort by recently added, and scan through to tag those that look interesting.
