I wanted to add another new publication to the list, which no doubt many of you already have heard of:

"Lucky Peach".  Their first issue is devoted to ramen. I started reading the article on a trip to Japan in search of ramen experiences and am enjoying it very much. This publication has no ads, and is filled with drawings and interesting design.  It is a creation of David Chang and others, with contributions by other well-known "food people". More here:

ccav - I have subscribed to Lucky Peach and the first edition is currently being indexed.  We will then index each new edition as it comes through.

robinorig - kinfolkmag looked attractive but I found it very difficult to locate any recipes.  I don't think we will be indexing this one unless we get a lot of requests for it.
